Frequently asked questions

It all began with a simple idea fuelled by a deep passion for helping people achieve better health and well-being. At Days Mill Treatments by David, I pride myselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. My approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything I do reflects my commitment to excellence in sports and remedial massage in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.

How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book an appointment by emailing David on treatments@daysmill.co.uk, or by calling 07779300782. We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.

How do I find Days Mill Treatments and where can I park?

We are located in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. Detailed directions and parking information can be found on our 'Contact' page, or we can provide them when you book your session.

What clothes should I wear for my massage?

Please wear comfortable clothing. For most treatments, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level, and you will be properly draped at all times to ensure your modesty.

How do I pay for my treatment? Do I pay at the time of booking?

Payment is usually taken after your treatment. We accept various payment methods, including cash and card. You do not pay at the time of booking.

Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?

No, you don't need to bring anything specific. Just yourself! We provide all necessary towels and equipment for your comfort during your massage session.

Do I have to take my clothes off for a massage? How do you protect my modesty?

You will only be asked to undress to your comfort level. Your modesty is of utmost importance. I use professional draping techniques to ensure only the area being worked on is exposed, and you will always be covered with a sheet or towel. I will explain and discuss everything with you at the start of the session, and you will not be asked to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Your boundaries will be discussed and respected.

Are there any important things clients should know or do before their massage?

Before your treatment, I will need to conduct a thorough consultation to determine if you have any contraindications (conditions that might prevent or modify the massage) for your and my well-being. This ensures the treatment is safe and effective for you.

What should I expect after my treatment?

After your treatment, time will be set aside to discuss aftercare exercises and to give any feedback or advice to help you maintain the benefits of your massage, especially concerning soft tissue issues, fascia, and trigger point therapy.
