Feeling new to massage or a bit nervous? A big part of my practice is to be a good listener. During our consultation we’ll discuss what kind of touch you like, where you don't want to be touched and I’ll check in with you during the massage to ensure you feel safe, heard, and completely at ease. Your comfort and well-being are my priority.

Your nervous system ..... this makes you amazing, but also can get in the way of recovery.

So as an add-on I attach an hour and ten minutes meditation link which I highly recommend you to add into your recovery plan. Please give yourself half an hour rest time at the end to gather yourself to gently easy you back into your day. 

If this particular meditation doesn't work for you then please consider another way to regulate your nervous system such as walks, yoga, swimming, etc.
